It all started in the Netherlands, where we bought our first home, rolled up our sleeves, and gave it a fresh, new look. Not long after, we took on an even bigger challenge, building a brand-new home from the ground up.
Those early projects ignited our passion for transforming properties and creating lasting value. Fast forward a bit, and we found ourselves teaming up with some pro hockey friends and other athletes. Yep, you read that right, a crew of sports-minded folks with a shared vision. Together, we acquire and optimize high-potential assets across the U.S. and Canada, turning challenges into cash-flowing opportunities.
But we don’t do it alone. We’ve brought in investors, underwriters, and a whole team of professionals to help us stay sharp and make smart, strategic moves. While we work independently on our projects, our underwriters are the unsung heroes, making sure we minimize risks and stay on the right track.
